I didn’t write a single word yesterday.  I could have done, despite having had a busy day yesterday and then off socialising last night I didn’t have much time but if I’d wanted to I could have gotten a few words down.

I think what is hampering my enthusiasm a little with this one is that I’ve got no real direction with this story still. I’ve got some good characters and things which’ll work out really good as storylines but these all need developing more and a lot of fine tuning.

It feels like I’m actually not going to hit the 50k this month. Its definitely not a lost month if that is the case. I’ve got a lot of material here to play with and I think I’ll have a good look at what I’ve got next year sometime. I will persist this month though. I’m going to off the deep end a little and see what the darker depths of my mind hold.
