For those of you that follow me on Twitter you may have noticed that this year I have often tweeted about my intermittent sleeping patterns. Some nights I wake up three or for times, but more often than not I tend to wake up an hour earlier then I need to which is really annoying. I know I’ve had a few issues that have caused some stress this year so I’m hoping that is the cause of this recent sleeping issue as it has before. I’m gonna try a few little things in the next days to see if it helps. like not eating after 8pm or not drinking cola during the evening and so forth. Maybe if I can get my sleep sorted out then I wont feel so tired.
