Believing in our worlds is vital, if we don’t believe then our readers will not either.

I’ve not even come close to scratching the surface of world building.  I think that I am improving as I write but this is such a huge part of writing fiction that I don’t think I will have a strong handle on it for a long time.  I have writing small-scale stories and huge scale stories. I am not sure which I am stronger at but I am going to persist with both and like anything the more that I write the better I will get and world building is something that cannot be taken lightly.
