Yesterday I wrapped up another short story first draft, this one being the story that is set in the same universe that Owen and I are working on.

All in all I wrote 1550 words yesterday, about 500 during my lunch break and the rest were done in the evening.

I’m taking a breather with the vampire stuff at the moment. I’m having a real problem keeping in first person and the story I’m working on feels very stale. So, I’m going to take a small break from writing it, but I think I’m going to read book one again to get my head back into the universe. I started doing that but never finished it and I think it will be beneficial.

In the meantime I might play with a couple of little one shot short stories.
