This last week I’ve been fending off a head cold; which hit me hard yesterday morning. I managed to get through work and cleaning out the henhouse but after that, I was done. I spent last night and most of today drinking plenty of fluids and taking cold capsules.

I didn’t want to just mope about though, so I tried to write a blog post. Yeah, that didn’t work out well. I should know by now that when I’ve got a head cold, I’m fuzzy headed and the ability to do anything that I have to put thought into doesn’t work out. So in the end I’ve spent most of today watching football and Breaking Bad. 

Tomorrow, after work I’m off to Owen’s for some serious brainstorming. I’m feeling a little better and come tomorrow I’m determined that I’ll be over the worst of it.
