Howdy folks, I hope we’re all doing well tonight.

I had a productive day writing wise. I got about 90 minutes altogether in this morning, and then this afternoon I had to deal with someone who’s kind of cloned me on X. This person had taken my old X handle, had taken pictures from, I think, Instagram and had even put my website on their profile. What they were posting with my picture was some very horrific content. I didn’t scroll too far, but I can safely say I don’t condone what was being posted. Any form of hatred, discrimination, nastiness doesn’t have a place in my world.

I did create a new X account so I could report this person as impersonating me, which is @PeterJGermany over there. It’s somewhat of a placeholder. I’m not sure how much I’ll be active there. Same goes for TikTok. My profile is peterjgermany. So please go over and follow both if you’re active on those sites.

This has annoyed me somewhat. I know it happens, and I got it a damn sight softer than many do. I feel for those that do have this crap a lot worse than what I’ve had. I haven’t let it get to me though. It’s an unfortunate part of the world we live in. But for each of these negatives, there are always positives. I’ll keep working on moving my focus to those positive elements of this world and try not to add to the negativity, the hatred, and the fear mongering we’re bombarded with on a daily basis.

I’m off to the land of nod. I hope you all have a good Christmas, and if you don’t celebrate it I hope you find some pleasure in seeing the happiness that can come with it.
