Today’s day ten, and I rolled over the 25,000 word mark. Halfway through by the tenth day. I’m happy.

The day has been a good one for writing. 2305 words, just over 1800 this morning at a Write-In in Sevenoaks and the rest this evening in a quick sprint I did on our local NaNo Facebook page.

I’ve gotten back to working on some of the character work that I started the novel out with and I’m hoping it doesn’t hinder the pace of the story. That’s something I’ll look at when I’m working on the second draft.

I could afford to take it easy for a few days, but I want to keep my momentum up and I’m really enjoying this now 🙂
