Good evening all, not a bad days writing. I wrote 1046 on a story for a submission. That date is getting very close very quickly. The old me would have given up as it is so close, but I’m finding it’s just pushing me harder. The trouble I’ve had this week is a lack of time to get the words down. Work has been busy and I’ve had edits on other stories to look at but I’m still working on it. Come Monday (Bank Holiday here in the UK!) I’m going to try and smash it out.

I do still have the zombie edits to do but I can hold off on that a little until this story is done.

Next week things will settle back to normal at work and I’ll have a little more energy to get writing done.
