Howdy folks, how are we all?

Today I’ve written 941 words on Lovers, with most of it in the last forty minutes or so as I’m watching The Human Centipede. I left myself in a bit of a dead end when I finished writing while on my break, and wasn’t sure how I was going to move the scene on but what I did tonight felt right. I think it builds the connection between two of the characters which I am struggling to do somewhat. It’s not often that I write anything romantic really, so it’s challenging.

As for tonights movie, The Human Centipede. I’ve never seen this before, and it’s not what I was expecting. The way people talk about it I was expecting something much more graphic, like don’t get me wrong it’s pretty gnarly, but not what I was expecting. It’s really good though, a solid body horror movie that has a horrific premise and the ending is ridiculously brutal. Definitely not for the faint hearted.

Right, I’m off to bed. I feel it’s been a productive week, but I still have two days to go so hopefully I can get a little closer to five hours of writing for the month so far. (currently sat at three hours).
