Never Say Never

I am a never say never kind of person. I believe that the word ‘never’ should rarely be used in our vocabulary because it is a word which carries a real finality about it. Aside from its use at time like ‘i’ll never go for a stroll on the surface of the sun’ how often can we actually say that we will Never do something again? Especially when it comes to creativity this word should not be used. That goes for the world ‘can’t’ as well, I’m not to found of the word ‘try’ either. Although I think I use that one quite often.
I don’t like these worlds because they give us an excuse to fail. Especially when it comes to a creative endeavour there cannot be the sense that we can fail, a little doubt does not hurt but we have to have the confidence that we can do what we are setting out to do. What we are doing does not have to be great, but if we think that we can’t succeed then we won’t and the more we practice the better we will get. I’m a writer so I’m looking at this as a writer and what I need to do to reach my goals. Never, can’t, try or impossible do not fall into my vocabulary when it comes to achieving these goals 🙂

There are things that I will not be talking about, we all have parts of us we wish to remain private. I'm no different. Trust me, I am not an expert in any field at all and will no doubt ramble a lot, but that's what you'll all come to love about me!

  3. Hi! I’m new at your blog and I’ve found that your words are a source of inspiration. I’m used to work hard on things I have to do as a duty. I’m a student so my duty is studying and I do it with great devotion.
    However I love writing and I often forget the goals I can reach when I devoted myself to writing.
    Go on inspiring us!
