In my current WIP I’ve set it local to where I live and grew up but it starts off in an area that I do not know too well, Sidcup.  I’ve been there a few times because of work but those occasions were brief so I wanted to go back and just spend a little time looking around, taking some photo’s and notes.  Good thing too as I’d made a small but telling mistake in one bit so for that alone it was worth the time going up there. There are a few changes that I am going to make, which means going back to page one and adjust the story accordingly but I think its worth it. Tracie came with me which was quite handy as she pointed out a few good things and had some good suggestions.

I could do with doing some more scouting locally but it’s not too essential. I am tempted to do so next saturday after work.
