Morning all, Yesterday I wrote just shy of a thousand words in four twenty minute sprints. It was one of those days where it was like pulling teeth, and i had a little research to do when I did finally get flowing in that last sprint. Hopefully I’ve found the tone for this vampire story now and I can progress with it. I was working on CS1 as well and realised the direction I’ve gone with it, isn’t the direction I want to go with it. So I’m rethinking that one a bit, which could possibly mean rewriting the end of the story. That shouldn’t bee too much work though. It’s a novella so I’m not going to loose much by rewriting and I think it’ll be closer to where I originally saw the story going.
I didn’t get any of the outlining began that I’d planned yesterday, but I did work on a short blog post series I’ve been thinking about for a while now.
Today, I’ve only got an hour or so to get some words down. Which is what I’m off to do now!
Have a great day, folks!
I had one of those pulling-teeth days, too. I spent a whole day yesterday on one page. That was kind of silly of me, but I finally made progress. I’m glad to hear a rewrite of the end of CS1 doesn’t mean TOO much work.

I’m glad you made progress. It can be very frustrating when it feels like we’re not moving forward.
I still need to do a thorough edit of CS1 in addition to sorting the ending out, but I don’t think it’s too much work.
