Howdy folks! How are we doing today? I’ve done an hours editing already, working through just under 8000 words on War Child.I’m gonna do the washing up and then go and see a friend for an hour or so. It after that I want to get some more editing done. I want to end the month on a high, and start October on a high as well.

Ive passed my twenty hour target for the month, but I still want to have a strong day hope to get closer to that thirty hour mark this month.

This year I have been pretty consistent with hitting twenty hours each month, with I think only one month where I’ve come in under that target. So, now we’re in the final quarter of the year I’m beginning to think about 2026 and what I should be aiming for. As I sit here writing this, thirty hours a month writing doesn’t seem a stretch to hit. Really I want to be doing at least twice that a month, but I’m trying to think mid-term and build up slowly. Jumping in with higher goals hasn’t worked for me in the past, so why try it again?
