Howdy folks! How are we all doing this evening? 438 words in about 20 minutes today during my break at work on Lovers. The last few scenes I’ve been working on have flowed well, I do think I’ve nearly got a complete story now. I’d even go as far to say I’m at 90% of the way done. The challenging part will be getting the scenes into an order I’m happy with. I’m going to wait until I think I’ve got it all down before organising it into it’s timeline, and then I’ll look and see whether I can make it work with scenes connected through flashbacks.

I’m feeling really good about this story, it’s been a long time in the works. I do need to speak to a couple of people, one about just a minor detail of the characters lives, but the other will be something I need a better understanding of to make it more authentic. That’s for when I get into the editing process though.

Right, I’m off to watch a movie and then bed. Tonight it’s Sweeney Todd: Slice and Dice.
