Howdy folks! How are we doing this morning? I’m not nearly awake enough to start the day, but here I am, parked outside work psyching myself up for another shift. I always find the smaller gaps between shifts a little challenging, especially when one was a Sunday workday.

Behind the tired expression there is energy though. I’m feeling pretty good at the moment and know if I’d got my arse into gear better last night and got into bed at a better time then I’d be feeling more awake right now. I also know that once I get those first few crates worked then the fatigue will dissipate till after the delivery has been worked and till about maybe 11am when I’ll hit the wall.

But I did manage edit about 3000 words yesterday on Penal Earth 2 in around half an hour. I am enjoying being back in editing mode as opposed to filling plot holes, I think I’ve got a few of those plot holes to go but I’m gonna enjoy knocking out decent numbers while adding commas, tidying the odd sentence, and looking for plot holes I may have missed in the last pass.

I’d like to match the words edited today at the least, but I’m gonna be realistic and know I’ll need to crash out when I get home as well. But it doesn’t take much time away from other bits and pieces to hit that 3k. I just need to (altogether now) sit my arse down!
