The sun is shining, there’s not a cloud in the sky and I’m going to be at my desk all day.
Last night I downloaded Scrivener and spent the night reading through the tutorial (yes, I spent my Saturday night in reading a tutorial) and I can see why so many writers us the programme.
Before I can get actually working on it I’ve got to get the last of my vampire short stories read through and red-penned. Then I’m going to switch the files to Scrivener and start getting some of the overall story arcs and the little hand written notes into the file and then I’ve got to decide whether I get into making the edit changes, or start writing more stories. I’ve got to write about six more stories to complete the first collection, I’m aiming to have ten in this first collection. Although I’m beginning to think of it as more of a series, like a TV series.
So I’m going to do the washing up quickly, put some tunes and get cracking 🙂
Have a great and productive day! 🙂

I like Scrivener and use it for any piece of work longer than a few hundred words. Also it’s easy to compile into Pages (or Word). Have fun! 🙂

I’m finding it very useful, just the cork board aspect has helped immensely 🙂
