Hey folks. Today I’ve made a few edits on CS1 and had a play around with a fan fiction piece.
I’m in editing mode. I keep writing new fiction which isn’t going anywhere when I should be editing. If I’ve got my laptop or desktop I’m editing. Screw word counts for the moment. If I don’t hit my minimum target for the year, does it matter? As long as I can look back at the year and see progress then it’s been a successful year.
So my plan at the moment is to get a completed edit pass done on CS1 before NaNoWriMo. I’ve left myself plenty of time to get it done as well as getting prepped for NaNo. Unless I see an anthology invite I won’t be trying to write new fiction until NaNo, with the exception of the fan fiction. But that’s just for fun.
That’s me done for the night. I’ve not felt especially well tonight (nothing to worry about, just a little under the weather), so I’m off to bed.
Sorry to hear you’re a little under the weather. Hope you pop back fast. I had a full day of manual labor (not typical for me) and no writing. Maybe if I rest a bit here I can write a little tonight before I hit the sack. I don’t know how people whose normal job is physical work get any writing done. I’m toast!

My normal job is quite physical and there are days when it does stop me writing when I get home, but that’s rare. I’ve found I’ll more often then not find the energy 🙂
