I wrote 649 words on Lovers today before work. It was quite a tough scene to write but I think it strikes just the right note at just the right time.

It is a scene where I bled onto the page, clawed something from deep inside myself that I don’t like pulling out but sometimes the story needs it. I can handle it a lot better now, I’ve had therapy which has helped me deal with it, and although writing that scene emotionally drained me, I soon shook it off and I think the scene is going to hit just right.
