Target Hit!

Just over a week ago I set myself a small but humble target of five thousand words to hit by the end of this month, tonight I past that number 😀  I managed to knock out a little over a thousand words last night and today I broke the twelve hundred word mark which took me over my target.  I’m not going to stop just because I’ve hit my target, no I’m going to keep rolling with the story because it’s taking shape nicely now.  For now though I am going to chill out and watch Saw 4 🙂

  1. I added a Han Solo-type character to my story too. It adds a dimension to the world and to the other characters. It’s important to have the more shaded personalities.

    • I just think that the new trilogy needed that type of reluctant hero, roguish sort of character. I always had trouble with giving characters diversity but I’ve learnt a lot about characters from writing short stories 🙂
