Howdy folks, how are we all doing today?
I’ve had a busy week or so, so I’ve not done any writing this month really. Okay, I’ve done no writing this month at all. I have watched some sea life documentaries, though. I’ve kinda falling into a black hole of these but in a good way. It’s all prep for the mermaid rewrite story thats in the preparation stage. It’s spurred on a lot of ideas and I’m sure I’m picking up knowledge of things that I haven’t realised now but will make it into the story. Even as I’m writing this post I’ve had to stop and make notes on it!
To today though, I’m going to be working on Black Blood. I’m going to be editing this one soon but I’ve got to rewrite a sequence that I think will give the story a nice kick.

I hope you got the Black Blood passage rewritten by the time you read this.:-) I am editing today, furiously editing. I hope to turn this novella over to my beta on Friday . . . like I said I would, so I better!

Oh no chance 🤣 I got about 700 words written. But it’ll hopefully be a more deeper rewrite of the sequence.
