Good Morning, NaNoWriMo 13th 2023

Howdy Folks, how are we doing today?

I am at 13511 words for the month and finally getting past the head cold I’ve had for a few days. I’d like to get my word count built back up over the next few days. It’ll be great if I could get close to being on par. Something I’ve said a lot the last few years is how, for me, I don’t mind winning or loosing NaNo because I know I can do it. But getting “Is That A Zombie?” published has ignited something under me and I need to push myself a little more. I’ve got three stories that are ready for an independent edit, so why haven’t I reached out to an editor? Once it’s edited I can get it formatted and a cover commissioned. I’ll reach out to the editor in the next couple of days and get that ball moving.

So in love with this cover ☺️

I need to push myself more, and the thing is where I need to push myself is getting work out there. I’ve got three books that I’ve gone as far as I can with. So it’s time to hand them off to others to make them better.
