Howdy folks! A little over 400 words in about forty minutes before work and on break. This is still on Lovers and still somewhat erratic but the story is building nicely now. I’m seeing a little on how I’ll need to edit it together once the draft is done.

The funny short story I started crashed and burned, but that’s part of the job. Some things catch fire and grow, overs crash and burn out. (Excuse the poor sentence structure, been up since 3:30am and didn’t sleep well, and can’t sleep now!).

Another story has hopped in to try and fill that space, but it’s one that’s been rolling through the grey matter for a while and although a few ideas have come together it hasn’t come together yet.

Right, I’m gonna draw my sword and get back into battle with insomnia!
