Howdy folks, how are we all doing?

This month hasn’t gone how I planned when it comes to writing, but that’s kind of the story of my writing life! But I’ve still tried to crack on and gets words down as and when I can. I’ve made progress with War Child, and I’ve made progress on the short story that is currently titled ‘Bright’.

The loss of my Great-Aunt has knocked us all off our stride, which is to be expected. But we’ve done what we do and keep going.

Today, I’ve got my daughter for a few hours this afternoon, and I really want to make a start on a bit of a spring clean of our kitchen. So not much time for writing today, but I think that might serve me well. Knowing I don’t have as much time can sometimes help me keep focused.

So, that’s kinda my plan for the day. Simple and straight forward.
