Howdy folks, how are we all doing today?

I’ve edited 9650 words on Black Blood (11,156 yesterday), which wraps up that pass. I don’t think I can get it any cleaner, I think it’s pretty solid as it is, and the next stage is to read through a paper copy of it to make sure I’ve not missed anything blatantly obvious and then it’s off to an editor.

So that’s one of my tasks off the board before NaNo, and tomorrow I’ll be getting into the final few tweaks on the Vampire Book. That shouldn’t take long so I’m tempted to blitz through it in one go, but I’ll see how I feel when I get stuck in.

I’ve done some organisation in my office today to try and maximise it for when it’s in its other uses, and I think it works well.

What’s next for today? Some down time as I’m back at work tomorrow after a couple of days off.
