Hey folks!
I’ve written 1155 words today. I’m not counting words edited as I counted those in yesterday’s count.
I have not finished this episode! 🤬🤬😝🤣🤣 I did get to a point where I could split it into two, and I might still do that at some point, but for the moment I’m going to progress as is and worry about whether it needs splitting when I do my first edit pass of the completed draft.
I am going to admit that I’m not super happy with how this episode is, and I might rewrite it when I come to the edit pass, but that is something I want to avoid doing if at all possible. I’ve got the short story for a publisher to look at tomorrow before work, so I might leave the vampire stuff for a day and go back to it Thursday when I’m off work and see what I can do with it then.
Right, I’m gonna start getting sorted for work. I’m feeling good with word wrangling at the moment. This is the most productive I’ve been for some time and it feels good ☺️

Because of our time difference, it’s like you magically wrote the 1155 words in, like 5 minutes. I just read your morning post, and now it’s afternoon and you’re done. 1155 is awesome, congrats. I’m sure the troublesome scene will short itself out soon.

It’s almost afternoon now, and I finished about an hour ago 🙂 it’s nice having been productive before going to the day job. Puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day 🙂
