Good morning, how’s everyone doing?

I’m at work, just waiting for the clock to roll over till 6am to get cracking with the shift, despite how tired I’m feeling. I like an early start but this last week has been a bit of a struggle due to more messed up sleep routines. Which in turn fucks about with my mental health because when there’s a lack of sleep and rest things around us are a lot more difficult.

If I get some good sleep I’m a damn sight more settled, capable and more like the person who I kind of aspire to be.

Anyway, writing wise. I’m keeping up with writing every day. Sometimes it’s 200 words, other days it’s 1000 plus.

Yesterday I also worked through the last eleven pages of the mech story, and I’ve got a lot of work to do on it. It is a very rough first draft with a barely written ending, but I think it has potential.

That’ll get shelves for the moment. Penal Earth 2 is the priority at the moment, I’d like to get the draft done quickly so I can return to the War Child story and get the next draft if that one wrapped up.

Right, I need to get ready for my shift.
